Head of Technical Engineering Department


  • Technical supervision of construction processes;
  • Provision of complex technological sequence and timing of the work performed by contractors and subcontractors;
  • Overseeing the timely provision of construction projects with design and estimate documentation, compliance with technical regulations, building codes and regulations, putting into operation in a timely manner;
  • Development of production programs and the construction timetable and its revision;
  • Organization of operational control over the course of construction;
  • Initial control over incoming working documents, checking for errors;
  • Consulting specialists on work processes.


  • Higher technical education;
  • Over 4 years of experience on a similar position;
  • Knowledge of construction production;
  • Experience in the preparation of process maps, scheduling work, writing work instructions within the QMS;
  • Experience in evaluating the quality of incoming inspection of working documentation, design and estimate documentation, work with design institutions;
  • Experience in working with technical supervision, clients and state authorities.


  • Employment according to Labour Code of RF, 5 working days per week;
  • Salary amount negotiable as per results of job interview;
  • Office is located near the Sportivnaya metro station.
